Out-of-state bidders must pay with U.S. funds or MC / VISA / DISCOVER / AMERICAN EXPRESS. No out of state checks will be accepted - unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you are paying by check, are unknown to the auction staff, and have made no prior credit approval arrangements, you will be photographed for security purposes and all items purchased will be held by Sellers Auction until check clears. Then will be available for pick up or mailed to you at our expense.-No Exceptions-
When you pay for your item(s) with a credit/debit card, all payments over $100 will be charged a 3% fee. - No exceptions
Absentee Bidding is welcome and must be done prior to auction start. All Absentee bidders will be required to give all information from State ID over the phone as well as a valid credit card number. Out of state absentee bids will be charged a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid price. If absentee bids are successful, bidders will be notified at the end of auction and required to pay full amount due plus 3% fee if total is over $100. If shipping is required it will be paid with same credit card used sale day and paid the day of shipping. Buyer will be contacted before card is charged, to verify shipping address and notified of shipping cost.
All items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with NO expressed or implied warranties or guarantees. You and only you are responsible for knowing the condition of the items you bid on.
You take possession of and are responsible for the items you purchase when the auctioneer declares the item to be sold and acknowledges you as being the high bidder.
After you take possession of your item(s), no refunds will be given in the event your item is lost, stolen, or damaged. Items left at the auction are not the responsibility of Sellers Auction Service.
